LV1 // SEATED // Yoga for Hemiparesis / Stroke Recovery

A 25minute seated yoga flow. Level 1 flow geared toward those with hemiparesis or onesided weakness. This guided sequence begins with mindful breathing and shoulder mobilization. We’ll also work toward some spinal mobilization, flexibility, hip mobility, and strengthening. There will also be opportunities for weight bearing through your affected arm for neuro reeducation. Practice this flow a few times a week to build joint mobility and health, postural control, and strength .
