Parameters:
2x hit per target from 150yards to 500yards, segmented per 50 yds.
1x hit per target from 600yards to 800yards, segmented per 100 yds.

The M21 was an M14 based DMR/Sniper Weapon System developed by the U.S. Army in the 80's when there was no semiautomatic weapon system to lay down precision fire. The current configuration of this rifle is closer to an XM25, which was used by SOCOM units in early Global War on Terror missions.
