I was asked to make a batch of carbon fiber parts for a drone prototype. This is how I went about doing it in a way that minimized cleanup and postprocessing of parts.
Disclaimer: Cutting carbon fiber involves health risks you should take care to mitigate. Use high performance dust collection and avoid inhalation of carbon fiber dust and residue. Wash hands after handling or use gloves. Use your best judgment.
