I don't know the source of this, it likely came from a DVD by Madacy or something. The Internet Archive upload that I got this from apparently says it's from 1999, but then again the DVD it came from wasn't mentioned so I can't exactly tell if it came from 1999 or 2001 just like the better known prison FBI warning from Madacy.

Also won't be crediting the original user who posted this on the Internet Archive for a reason. Trust me you'd be better off not looking into their user profile on the site, so I'll spare you from the unneeded trauma.
