This video shows some moments of our dream holiday on the island of Madeira. The 11daylong vacation was just enough to see most of the beautiful spots of the island. We have seen steep shores, cloudy peaks, misterious trees and friendly birds.
We had a trip on Ponta de São Lourenço. We have spotted spotted dolphins. Steep and narrow streets of Funchal and the Monte Palace were fascinating.
The most memorable moments were the sunrise at the summit of Pico do Arieiro and hiking in the valley of waterfalls.
Our personal tipps, if you want to go there:
1) Rent a small car with automatic gear (we did and it was very reasonable). 2) Do not rest in a hotel, get hiking boots and go out to the nature, it worths. 3) Do not go only to the most popular places, because there are lot of tourists discover the hidden beauties as well.
