Day 3 :

1)
We woke up at Rak Thai Village (หมู่บ้านรักไทย).

Our Resort: Cha Sa Rak Thai Resort (ชาสารักไทย) – Nice view, Chinese style.
Other Resorts:
Lee Win Rakthai Resort (ลีไวน์รีสอร์ท) + Lee Wine Chinese Restaurant – Best design, modern traditional feel, but hard to book!
Phunam Rukthai Resort – Very close to the lake.

The Chinese Boat Pier is at Lee Wine Ruk Thai Chinese Restaurant. Reservations are required as it’s always fully booked. Tel. 0935388172. Price: 120 baht per person for a 30minute boat ride with tea served. The best time is 7 am.

2)
We visited Fish Cave (ถ้ำปลา), where water flows through the cave, and the fish are vegetarians—though not much else to do there.

We enjoyed hanging our legs and eating noodles at Ban Pa Pong (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวห้อยขา บ้านจ่าโบ่) —great view!

3)
The highlight was Nam Lod Cave (ถ้ำน้ำลอด). We booked a local guide and a lamp. Remember not to touch the stalactites and stalagmites. Rafting into the cave was so much fun, but we couldn’t complete the route due to flooding—it was too dangerous! We definitely need to come back!

4)
Before heading to our resort, we enjoyed the incredible sea mist views at Yun Lai Viewpoint (ทะเลหมอกหยุนไหล), where there’s also a camping area.

5)
In Pai, we stayed at FARM STAY @ PAI—a 2star resort that’s a bit far from Pai city but cute, peaceful, and quiet.
