"Magkasangga Sa Batas" (Lethal Panther 2) is a 1993 PhilippineHong Kong action movie starring Edu Manzano and Cynthia Luster (Yukari Ôshima). It tells the story of NBI agent Albert Moran (Manzano) who is on the lookout for the group behind blackmailing him. With the help of his fellow agents and outside forces within Interpol, Moran goes through adversities that only motivates him to pursue justice.

Directed by Phillip Ko and Erwin Lanado and with a screenplay by Erwin Lanado, other cast members include Sheila Ysrael, Charlie Davao, Lovely Rivero, Johnny Wilson, Marita Zobel, Lani Lobangco, Monsour del Rosario, Gabriel Romulo, Rachel Lobangco, King Gutierrez, Johnny Wilson, Stella Mari, Edwin Reyes and Paolo Contis among others. With a Philippine theatrical release title of "Tinyente Saplan: Walang Kasukat Sa Tapang", this film is produced by Solar Films International with Executive Producer, Mr. Wilson Tieng.
