Flying For Fun - Trecanair

The Monospar was designed by Helmuth Steiger. A total of 105 were built between 1932 and 1938; only two survive as of 2024. Dr John Morris wrote a delightful book about flying his Monospar from Australia to London in 1961, entitled 'Two Men In A Flying Machine' and well worth finding a second hand copy.
