Maintain Muscle with the 2x2 Rule

Nobody wants to spend all day in the gym when the sun is out and the weather is warm. But building muscle isn’t easy. So hang onto your muscle mass with the 2x2 Rule for the MINIMUM effective training dose for maintaining your physique.

This rule works best when you eat adequate protein and make sure you’re using the extra time outside the gym for activities hopefully some fun ones.
