3 more exercises that (unexpectedly) improved my life

Here are the 3 exercises types:

"Unusual" grip training (fingertip pullups are an easy adjustment)
Toe emphasis (easy adjustment on calf raises)
Scapular exercises (done for PT reasons but the stability increased strength potential. Adding this at the top of pushups and bottom of pullups is an easy way to incorporate it. Or you can do it after your regular sets)

This is just a followup to the previous video! If you're new here, it's just for fun and not a dedicated fitness routine (we have a thorough free one on our website, or you can just Google "Hybrid Fitness Routine").

I tried to pick ones that genuinely have helped me and aren't just unusual for the sake of the video. And again, I didn't pick the ones related to reducing pain, since that's a different topic.

Not sure how many in this series I'll do, since the point is that they're relatively unusual exercises, and I only do so many. Maybe one more. Not sure. Please let me know if you have any questions.
