Today I show you how to make veggie broth in the instant pot from scraps! It is sooo easy to do and saves you money from ever having to buy broth again!

How to make veggie broth in instant pot add in veggie scraps and enough water to cover them i usually do 8 cups water and 8 cups of scraps
Set instant pot to "soup/broth" button for 60 minutes. Do a full natural release at the end. The whole process will take about 2 hours total.
Strain out the broth with a mesh strainer and pour the broth in glass containers.
