I made my first custom crinoline, also often called a hoop skirt. This is shaped to fit under the skirt of Giulietta's Ceremonial Dress by Sakizo. I'm trying to compete in the Crown Championships next year, so join me on the journey to creating the most complicated costume I've made yet!
