In this Video i show you how i went about making my little oak forge that goes with my bellows for demonstrating blacksmithing at public events.



The perfect little forge for a back yard setup


 Its a nice simple little build and could be done very cheaply the only cost for me was the piece of soapstone and the leather for the bellows.

Materials;

Wood; Oak floor board off cuts
Tue; Soap Stone
Base was 3mm Mild Steel
Insulation; Off cuts from an old Kiln
Sand; Builders Sharp Sand
Fuel; Charcoal
