G'day everyone,
In this video I will be making use of the tslots that I made in a previous video where i rebuilt the mini lathe's cross slide. A modification that I have wanted to try for a long time is to make a milling attachment for the lathe. Having a milling axis will allow me to cut kay ways, index using the lathe head and eventually allow me to cut my own spur gears.
In this video I will be making and modifying my existing CNC controlled vertical axis to work with the mini lathe, and doing some basic milling operations.
Lathe: Sieg c3 7x14 mini lathe
Mill: Sieg x2.7l Mini Mill
