How To Make The Perfect KNURLING TOOL for Lathe Machine machining videos
We had to make a new knurling tool because the existing one cannot groove the small diameter shafts evenly.
Ok, but why? Because we use pins with a diameter of 5 mm in the cigarette rolling machine and because we want to do it in series production! The traditional knurling tool pushes the material while it holds it in position.
● Details: We used K8 steel which is a very massive material and fixing pins were used for high precision and rigidity.
