This week we build and donate an amazing live edge slab coffee table to our local YWCA offices who are in desperate need of general office furniture. Suffering through a flood at their last location, the Great Lakes Bay Region of the YWCA lost most of their working tables and desks. We built a custom computer desk for them last month, and then found this insanely thick tree slab that was a donor for a totally wicked coffee table build that now rests comfortably in their lobby. Join us for this relatively simply table project, something that most anyone can do as an entry level or novice woodworker. All you need is a flat slab to work with, and you're off to making something insanely cool.
