In this video we are making chromyl chloride which is a potent volatile carcinogen. Chromyl chloride (CrO2Cl2) is this red fuming liquid. It can be used to oxidize toluene to benzaldehyde and to oxidize a lot of other reagents. On my instagram and reddit theres plenty of other pictures of chromyl cloride (and other interesting things).
