The Lewis Lumber Company is looking to expand into an area with a temperate climate to expand and diversify their lumber offerings. County Executive King catches wind of this, and reached out to pitch Magnolia County as their perfect new home. This would not only increase the tax base and improve the local economy, but also prevent further growth and development of Bend. After visiting the site and being offered generous tax subsidies, the company agrees to make Magnolia county home..

In this episode, we'll build this new industry, using every trick at our disposal to make it look great. We'll use the tree controller mod and line tool to make an industry area that looks incredibly realistic. We'll also create what I believe might be one of the first custom cargo terminals in the game... even if it falls a bit short of actually working.

We'll also expand Bend by a few blocks on the periphery in what might be one of my favorite builds in the series. Enjoy!
