Ingredients

Onion for frying 2
Cashew nuts 10
Raisins 15

For green paste

Green chilli 16
Ginger big piece
Garlic 10


For the Beef Masala

Beef 1 kg
Ghee 3tbsp
Coconut oil 2tbsp
Bay leaf 1
Cloves 4
Cinnamon 1
Green paste 2tbsp
Onion 3 medium
Salt 1 1/4 tsp tp 1 1/2 tsp
BiriyanI Masala 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Pepper Powder 1tsp
Tomato 2 medium
Bista 2 handfull
Cashewnuts and raisins few
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Corinader leaves handfull
Mint Leaves half of coriander leaves


For Rice

Kaima Rice (Jeerakasala) 4 cup my cup is 250ml size
Water 8 cup
Water 2 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon 1
Cloves 6
Cardamom 4
Bay leaf 1
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Coconut Oil 2tbsp
Green Masala 1/2tbsp

For the dum

Biriyani masala
Cashewnuts /Raisins
Bista
Rose water
Ghee

Serving for 8

Fry 2 big onions, raisins and cashewnut.keep aside. Keep jeerakashala

rice soaked then drained aside.

Add ghee and coconut oil into a wok. On medium heat add 4 cloves,bay leaf and cinnamon. Saute it. Add green masala (grind green chillies,ginger and garlic). Saute well. Add 3 onions (cut length wise only). Saute well. On low flame add coriander powder, pepper powder. Saute. Add biriyani masala. Saute on low heat. Add 2 medium tomatoes. Saute on medium flame until the tomatoes are well done. Add coriander leaves and mint leaves. Saute. Add a handful of onion fried. Add salt. Saute.
Add the beef into the cooker. Add the masala too. Marinate for 10 mins. On medium flame 68 whistles. See if it is done thoroughly.

Cook the rice in a deep bottomed pan.

Add ghee and coconut oil add cardamom, cloves , bay leaf and cinnamon. Saute 1/2 onion and the green masala on medium heat. Add water on hight flame. Add salt. Add lemon juice. When the water boils add the drained rice.cook on low flame with the lid on. Close any opening if any. When the water drains completely keep on the other stove.

For the beef , check if the beef is done. Add the rest of the fried onion. Add Tsp of lemon juice. Adjust accordingly.

Dum the biriyani after layering the rice and beef gravy. Add fried cashew ,raisins ,, coriander leaves and garam masala.Dum for 1 hour.
