Экскурсовод Наталия Скоморохова познакомит вас с постройками, перевезёнными из бассейна реки Мезени – северовосточной части Архангельской области. Вы узнаете об особенностях планировки мезенских деревень, промыслах, укладе жизни и характере поморов – людей, «живущих по морю», заглянете в мезенскую избу, побываете на выставке, посвящённой рыболовным и зверобойным промыслам на Русском Севере в конце XIX – начале XX века.
Экскурсия сопровождается титрами на русском и английском языках и рассчитана на зрителей всех возрастов.

This is the second excursion of the series devoted to the Museum of Wooden Architecture and Folk Art “Malye Korely”. It is about the Mezen part of the museum. The guide Natalia Skomorokhova will tell you about the monuments brought from the Mezen basin, which is in the northeast of the Arkhangelsk region.
You will learn the layout of most of the Mezen villages. The guide will tell you about the life of Russians in the North, called the Pomors “living by the sea”, about their crafts and peculiar character. You will see the Mezen house. You will also visit the exhibition devoted to fishing and sea hunting in the Russian North in the late ХIХth early ХХth centuries.
The excursion is subtitled in Russian and English and intended for viewers of all ages.
