Jason Efstathiou, MD, DPhil, Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, gives an overview of treatment strategies for biochemical recurrent prostate cancer, including the role of radiotherapy in treating pelvic lymph nodes. Prof. Efstathiou additionally comments on systemic therapies for high risk biochemical recurrent prostate cancer, and the EMBARK trial (NCT02319837) of enzalutamide monotherapy, or enzalutamide with leuprolide against placebo and leuprolide in this setting.
