Professor Ailsa Hart, consultant gastroenterologist at St. Mark's Hospital, SubDean St. Mark's academic institute. She is currently Director of St Mark’s Hospital Inflammatory Bowel Disease Unit, which has around 5000 patients, and Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at Imperial College.

In this talk on behalf of the Red Lion group, she speaks on the subject of treating patients with a badly behaving J Pouch (also known as ileal pouchanal pouch anastomosis (IPAA), ileoanal pouch or a restorative proctocolectomy.
