A subscriber offered this Manco Dingo Go Kart to me after fixing his generator. It was enjoyed for many years. But his kids are all grown now and the Go Kart is in disrepair. The frame is rusted pretty bad. The engine has no spark, no compression, no fuel and was rotating but is now stuck. Will it run again?
