Mandarin Orange Cake
To make the cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
11 ounce can mandarin oranges DO NOT DRAIN!
1 stick melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°.
Stir together the cake mix with all the other ingredients. Bake in a greased 9” x 13” cake pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
To make the whipped topping:
16 ounces Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapples, well drained
3.4 ounce box vanilla instant pudding
Mix the drained pineapple and the vanilla pudding together. Add Cool Whip.
Once the cake has completely cooled, spread the whipped topping on top of the cake. Keep refrigerated until serving.
