These are some of the best thighs that I have ever made. I took some whole bone in chicken thighs and dusted them with Kosmo's SPG and then finished with some Blackstone Sweet Maple rub. I cooked them on my Weber Kettle with the vortex insert using B & B charcoal. I put a chunk of maple wood in for amazing flavor. So sit back relax and enjoy. My Amazon links below
