Hi and welcome back to my kitchen. So a trend which is really popular at the moment, especially on wedding cakes is making part or all of your cake look like its made from marble.

So for this weeks video tutorial I am going to do more of a cake decorating techniques tutorial, where I show you how I make my fondant / icing / sugarpaste look like marble. I then finish off the cake with some edible gold leaf detail. I really hope you like how it looks and you enjoy the video!
