There is more change happening around us than ever before, and with these changes come a host of new expectations–from how we engage with work, health, family, and everything that touches our daytoday lives. It’s hardly surprising, then, that we have new expectations of brands and engage with them in different ways. It’s essential for business leaders to recognise these changes and consider how the evolution of a brand impacts on its marketing.
