What better way to kick off the new year with a home gym to build some muscles. So I'm sharing my new Marcy MWM988. I purchased this unit on Amazon and I think it took 2 weeks or so to get it delivered. It's nonreturnable once purchased btw.

It won't be the same quality as the professional gym unit but it has the basic functions and many exercises. Before using these equipment, please check with your doctor if you are able to use these equipment. Don't over exercise without contacting a doctor.

I spend at least 6 continuous hours to assemble the unit. The book had some parts that wasn't that clear but this video on the assembly helped immensely.

Apologies that I have lots of other items in the small garage but that's the ideal setting for my home gym. If there's are lots of interest, I'll do a more deep dive into the unit more.
