How to get the Gold Parts:
Gold Glider StreetPass 100 peeople / OR collect 10,000 coins
Gold Standard Kart Get a VR higher than 10,000 points / Or collect 20,000 coins
Golden Wheels Beat every cup and Mirror Mode on on all speeds and receive at least 1 star on each cup

A quicker way to earn coins:
borrow a friends 3DS and open up download play with that DS and leave it idle during races set up the race for 150cc mushrooms only on snes mario circuit 2
this is the fastest way to earn coins! and i recommend watching a TV show as you do this!

UPDATE if you have the physical copy of this game you can use the action replay power saves to unlock
the gold parts instantly! i highly recommend doing this instead!
