I lost my Action Replay and got a new one. I have been wanting to play this game with this code again for a long time. I like this code better than the normal way because it's it's more fun. You can get every item in any place. There can only be one car holding the spike shell, Chain Chomp and lightning. If your item lands on them and there's already a car holding it, your item will disappear. It gives you a warning that somebody is holding the lightning or the spike shell. If you're in first place and got the spike shell, hold on to it to prevent the enemy from getting it. They can still make you drop it with the lightning. If you have both the lightning and the spike shell, it gives the enemy no way of catching up.
