This is Pyramid Park from Mario Party 7 for the Nintendo GameCube.

Mario Party 7 is the final Mario Party for the GameCube. The goal of Mario Party 7 is to collect as many coins and stars by winning MiniGames and using orbs. Mario Party 7 is mostly known for the angry Bowser events and the eight player mode it also is the second Mario Party to have Mic MiniGames and it still uses orbs instead of Capsules and items.

Pyramid Park is a board where you have to steal stars from other players instead of buying you own.
