Mario Party 7 was a good, albeit kind of strange, end to the GameCube era of Mario Party, and moving over to the Wii there was a lot of potential for Mario Party to thrive in this new generation. The Wii was a really successful console with a simple controller that would be perfect for a party game experience, so does Mario Party 8 deliver on this potential?
