***Ingredients for Martha's Fudgey Keto Protein Cookies:
2 scoops Equip Protein (any flavor)
2 tbsp granulated sweetener (not allulose)
35 tbsp Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder 22/24
1/2 TBSP Collagen
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 large eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips
Combine all ingredients, scoop out onto silicone or parchment on baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 15minutes, let cool, then refrigerate. Enjoy!
Can be frozen.
