While on safari in Kenya we had the opportunity to take a Hot Air Balloon flight which overlooked the Masai Mara National Park.

It was an early start (4am) and a 20 mile drive in the dark to the base where the balloons take off from.

We were welcomed with a warm drink and some snacks before taken out to watch the balloon inflate and jump in!

We saw so much wildlife from being in the air and on the ground. Zebra, Hippos, Hyena & Giraffe to name a few!

After we landed across the Mara river we took a game drive back to the camp where we finished up the morning with a brilliant breakfast in the bush.

This was an amazing way to see the Masai Mara National Park.
