In this video join me as I attempt to make a Dosa stall at home. We recently wanted to eat a family ghee roast dosa but we didn't find the crispiness we expected in the dosa and we decided to make that dosa right at home. I have seasoned the cast iron griddle with flax seed oil but any oil with neutral flavor and a high smoke point will work. I was surprised to get such good results with one day of seasoning. We also made some parottas for dinner.
