Follow
Law Venture

FRE 403 is one of the MOST important courtroom objections out of all of the Federal Rules of Evidence. While evidence may be admissible under some rules, it must always be able to survive Rule 403 and its balancing test.

Also, when you are making objections in court, you need to determine whether you should make the objection in front of the jury or not.

FRE 403 is a little tricky because there are certain times when you should make an argument in front of the jury and there is definitely a time that you should NEVER make an argument in front of the jury.

So be sure to watch this video so you can start mastering the Federal Rules of Evidence and FRE 403!
