This week's episode I'm joined by Kirsten Storms. You may know Kirsten best known for her roles as Zenon Kar in the Zenon trilogy, Belle Black on Days of Our Lives and currently as Maxie Jones on General Hospital.

Kirsten is an inspiration in all that she’s been able to overcome. She and I have an incredible conversation about anxiety and the journey she went through before finally getting her bipolar diagnosis.

Kirsten so eloquently talks about coparenting daughter Harper with Brandon Barash, as well as the cyst that caused her to need brain surgery.
