First, we raise our hands up. Let's do this together. When we raise our arms up, we don’t just raise them separately from the body. Due to the fact that I begin to press the ground with my feet, I stretch my arms up. You should feel these two forces. One force goes down, into the ground, and the second force goes up we stretch our arms up. This is the first movement.

Next, look, your hands are like two shovels. The body begins to sink down and pull the arms down with it. We seem to be holding something in our hands. Fine. Again. You don't have to sit too low.
