In this video I have explained "MAXIMUM DEMAND, SANCTIONED LOAD AND FIXED CHARGES FOR ELECTRICITY BILL" Friends in the electricity bill generally two charges are important 1) Energy charge and 2) Fixed charge . we all know about energy charge which is charged for unit
consumed but along with fixed charge is also charged due to sanctioned load or maximum demand. When you will consume the load more than you get charge excess demand charge as penalty. which is generally double the normal rate. It is better to enhance the sanctioned load if you add any extra electrical appliance at home to avoid the penalty for maximum demand.
