The Mazda CX9 is a threerow utility vehicle with seating for seven passengers. Unlike most crossovers in the midsize utility class, this Mazda CX9 uses a turbocharged 2.5L 4cylinder with 227hp to get the power to the front wheels on the base model and all four wheels on the remaining trim levels. The CX9 interior is a showcase for what Mazda does right. The materials, looks and feel is more in keeping with a premium brand. Starting at $36,400 and topping out at $50,000, this 7passenger SUV is priced directly with the competition like the Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, Hyundai Santa Fe XL, VW Atlas and other but it has a sporty drive and upscale interior that the others just can't match.
