McMillian serves as Senior Corporate Counsel and Chief Diversity Officer of Penske Entertainment, a subsidiary of Penske Corporation. In those capacities, he provides legal counsel to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, IndyCar, and IMS Productions, and directs all corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
