Two actors who suffer from debilitating, incurable Parkinson’s disease undertake an act of bravery as their swansong to the decadeslong artistic and professional lives they’ve led putting up an OffBroadway production of Samuel Beckett’s comic but difficult masterpiece, “Endgame,” the play he wrote after caring for his mother as she died from the disease that makes the case that “nothing’s funnier than unhappiness.” These actors prove that when the body gives way, what’s left is soul.
