Meal Prep ingredients:

Pasta sauce:
1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
2 Onions (diced)
300g Broccoli Florets
150g Mushrooms
1kg Passata
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Granules
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
1/2 teaspoon Ground White Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Curry sauce:
10 Medium Onions (sliced)
1 cup Sunflower Oil
14 Tomatoes (quartered)
Whole spices: 2 tablespoons Cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds, 8 Cloves, 4 Green Cardamom Pods, 2 Bay Leaves, 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
4 tablespoons Garlic & Ginger Paste
2 tablespoons Salt
2 tablespoons each: Garam Masala, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander
1 tablespoon Ground Turmeric
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

Chicken Tikka skewers:
Chicken Breast 1.25kg (chunks)
1/2 cup Yoghurt (Low Fat Natural)
3 tablespoons Tandoori Masala
1 tablespoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
3 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Ground Turmeric

Chicken for Peri Peri bake:
2kg Chicken thighs & Wings (with skin)
2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 tablespoon Onion Granules
1 tablespoon Garlic Granules
1 tablespoon Oregano
4 tablespoons Lemon Juice
4 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
1 teaspoon Salt

Fish pie:
1kg Cod Fillets
For the mash:
2kg White Potatoes
25g Butter
3 tablespoons Double Cream
Sprinkle of Salt and Coarse Black Pepper
For the filling:
350g Frozen Mixed Veg
600ml Whole Milk
2 tablespoons Plain Flour
25g Butter
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Coarse Black pepper
1 teaspoon Onion Granules
1 teaspoon Garlic Granules
100g Mature Cheddar (grated)
Top with 50g Grated Mature Cheddar

Kebabs
1kg Lamb Mince
Process 1 Onion and 1 Tomato
1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
1 tablespoon Garam Masala
1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
1 tablespoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Gram Flour
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Salt

Quiche
For the base:
2 cups Plain Flour
1/2 cup Sunflower Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Coarse Black pepper
Filling:
2 Red Onions (thinly sliced)
160g Mozzarella (grated)
160g Red Leicester Cheese (grated)
5 Chopped Sausages
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
Top with 1 Egg and Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
