In part one: we learn about controlling what you can control. You will add a tool to your toolbox of focusing on the breath. Wherever you are today the one minute breath focus will allow you to feel grounded and present.

In part two: You get a few minutes of explaining healthcare and medical terminology. You'll see with the foundation of identifying the prefix, but miss the root word and the suffix.

In part three: we dissect two questions to apply our new skills.
