Meditation to Clear the Arcline of Past Karmas

This is the meditation I have been doing everyday for the past 4 years!! I am so excited to be able to share it with you.

Also sometimes called ‘Meditation for the Arcline’ this practice is all about clearing from the aura any old habits, energies or limited belief systems that are stopping you from being the clearest most radiant version of yourself.

The Arcline is described as ‘the nucleus’ of the aura and is the essential energy that scoops around the top of the head similar to the halo that is often depicted in religious art. The idea is that the energy either runs from ear to ear over the top of the head and scoops down in from of the chest to the nipple region.

It has been said that when a mother is pregnant, a second arcline is created running from the chest and covering over the womb to protect the baby. The arcline of a mother helps create the arcline of a child – and it’s because of this connection that it holds the energy that connects us to the belief systems and inner workings of the family system.

Many of us know the experience of being subjected to the limitations of our family system – the ideas and beliefs are almost just placed upon us and often we will see ourselves living out or repeating behaviours, diseases and experiences of our parents. Many people who haven’t grown up with their birth family often repeat behaviours or have similar experiences even if they didn’t know them.

The Arcline holds these ideas/beliefs/limitations and it projects from our energy magnetising towards us the experiences that are energetic matches and this is how we repeat history.

This meditation intends to change that – forever.

You can clear the arcline and replace it with the infinite light of the Universe, that in Kundalini Yoga is called Wahe Guru.

Waheguru or Wahe Guru literally means “Wow Guru” which is often translated to “Wonderful Teacher” or even “Wonderous God” is a term that Kundalini Yoga has adopted from Sikhism to refer to the Higher Power that not only is surrounding us but also within us.

The meaning of the word ‘Waheguru’ comes from the Punjabi ‘Vāh’ which interprets to ‘wonderous’ and the Sanskrit ‘guru’ which translates to teacher or ‘bringer of light’. First shared by Guru Nanak, this word is an expression of wonder and awe at the presence of creation and is ultimately a celebration of its existence.

The word “Jio” interprets to ‘Soul’ but is also a word used to describe “life” or “alive” and so when you chant wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe jio – you are celebrating the fact that this wonderous teacher is here and alive!

Chanting Wahe Guru, Wahe Jio is a powerful experience – the intention is to bring you into a space where you are embraced by the indescribable light of Creation. This mantra calls upon the Omnipresence of the Divine and allows you to merge into it. Spiritually the mantra is protective, clearing, loving and supportive.
