I was guided to create this meditation as a way for Empaths and Lightworkers to shift old emotional blocks and energy that may be in the energy field, including astral energy/entities. This energy could be from people, spirits, life situations, places, past experiences and even past lives.

This meditation has also been created to help people feel deeply grounded by connecting with the earth. Being grounded is important to bring your energy field into balance, it can help you to be protected from outside energies and it can also allow you to manifest your ideas into reality.

We work with the powerful light of the Creator and the cleansing energy of Mother Earth, merged together, and enhanced with the high vibrational energy of Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael. This very powerful energy can help to create deep shifts in your mind, body and aura.

I've used Theta sound wave music in the background to enhance a deeper state of meditation for you.
