Mee Kicap Ipoh

Mee Kicap Ipoh merupakan antara menu sarapan popular di Ipoh. Walaupun resipi asal adalah merupakan menu sarapan masyarakat Cina, tetapi rasanya yang sedap kena sekali dengan tekak kaum lain. Mee Kicap Ipoh ni bukan sahaja sedap tetapi sangat mudah disediakan. Mee Kicap Ipoh secara asasnya adalah mee kuning yang dicelur dan kemudian digaul dengan ramuan kicap yang dimasak sedikit dan dimakan beserta taugeh dan sos sambal yang pedas. Bagi membangkitkan lagi selera, dihidang pula dengan sip Ikan tamban beserta fish ball dan fish cake – memang terangkat sedapnya.

Mee Kicap Ipoh

Mee Kicap Ipoh is one of the popular breakfast dishes in Ipoh. Originally a breakfast staple in the Chinese community, its delicious taste appeals to people from other ethnic backgrounds as well. Mee Kicap Ipoh is not only tasty but also very easy to prepare. Essentially, it is yellow noodles blanched, mixed with lightly cooked soy sauce seasoning, and served with bean sprouts and spicy sambal sauce. To enhance the appetite, it is also served with Fish Soup complete with fish balls, and fish cakes – truly elevating its deliciousness.

Bahanbahan:

1 bungkus mee
Taugeh secukupnya
100g /1 mangkuk ikan tamban
1 mangkuk bawang putih
Kek ikan dan bebola ikan
2 sudu teh serbuk lada sulah
1 mangkuk kicap lemak manis
2 sudu teh kicap pekat
3 sudu besar minyak bijan
Daun bawang
Garam dan gula secukup rasa.

Ingredients:
1 packet of noodles
A handful of bean sprouts
100g / 1 cup of tamban fish
1 cup of garlic (chopped)
Fish cake and fish balls
2 teaspoons of ground black pepper
1 cup of sweet soy sauce
2 teaspoons of thick soy sauce
3 tablespoons of sesame oil
Green onions
Salt and sugar to taste
