But the 2018 purchase of Penny, and her subsequent transformation, put it on the back burner.

He's ready to start working on it again. Here, he brings you up to speed on what he's done so far, and his vision for the rest of it. He also could use your opinion in a few places, as there are a couple places in the project for which he doesn't yet have a solid plan.
