A playthrough of Capcom's 1991 platformer for the Nintendo Game Boy, Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge.

This was a great title when it came out it was Mega Man on the go! It was also cool that it wasn't a direct port of any existing Mega Man game it is a mashup of the first two games on the NES with brandnew level layouts for the each of the featured boss robots.

It has been criticized for being too difficult, and to some extent it's a valid complaint. The actual platforming is about the same as it's always been, but the larger characters on the cramped stage layouts do make it difficult at times to maneuver around the enemies, and sometimes you can't see what is coming. With enough play, you do learn what to watch out for, so it's just a minor annoyance when you consider how it's such a great pocket adaptation of two amazing NES games.
