Best Fried Fish Recipe: (Tb= table spoons)
2 1/2 cups of Martha White Cornmeal
Mix These Ingredients below well into cornmeal.
3 Tb Tony's Chachere Seasoning
11/2 Tb Salt (your preference)
1/2 Tb Pepper (your preference)
2 Tb Lemon Pepper

Binder: 2% or Whole Milk
Fryer: Zokop Dual Deep Fryer
Oil: Vegetable Oil
